Roche in Malaysia seeks a Record to Report PEC Analyst supporting our Korea affiliates. You will own month-end closing activities, ensure accuracy of general ledger, and help drive process improvements within our regional shared services hub.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in corporate finance or GL, SAP experience, and strong English and Korean communication skills. You will collaborate across teams, participate in audits, and contribute to high-quality financial reporting.

Competenze

3–4 years of corporate finance, general ledger accounting, or financial reporting experience.
Experience in a shared service center (SSC) or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment is desirable.
Practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and standard spreadsheets.

Mansioni

Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings with accuracy and timely reporting.
Analyze core accounting transactions, accruals, journal entries and related calculations.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items promptly.
Maintain process documentation to comply with internal controls and policies.
Support audits and respond to audit queries from internal and external auditors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
