Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality & Operations Coordinator to support DA Delivery and Country Operations across multiple markets. The role focuses on data validation, governance, and process execution, driving automation and continuous improvement while coordinating with stakeholders in both Korean and English.

You will manage project trackers, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely reviews, validation, and closure of activities, with a focus on data quality and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Statistics, Market Research, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, data management, or market research environments.
• Experience in a multi-country or regional support environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of market research services, products, and methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate country-level project setup with DA COE and DA Delivery teams to ensure accurate configuration and on-time delivery.
• Track project progress across service lines and maintain trackers for timely milestones.
• Extract and consolidate project data, photos, and supporting information for initiatives.
• Coordinate reviews, validation, and closure of project-related activities with stakeholders.
• Perform data quality checks and document discrepancies across service projects.
• Prepare KPI tracking reports and dashboards; provide regular status updates.
• Support data requests, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to aid project execution.
• Support automation initiatives and standardized processes to improve efficiency.
