Job summary

CBRE Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Financial Analyst – Account Payable (Korean speaker) to join the regional team handling AP activities and support the Korea market.

Based at CBRE KL BSO in Bangsar South, you will process vendor invoices, complete monthly closings, ensure SSC compliance, and collaborate with country finance across sites. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Korean language skills are required. Training provided and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• LCCI or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Korean language proficiency (TOPIK 4 or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Vendor Invoice processing.
• Complete the monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance of SSC processes and procedures.
• Enter Supplier Invoices, Credit Notes and Staff Claims from Country and Sites.
• Ensure SAF attached to invoices; flag violations and put on hold if non-compliant.
• PO matching invoices, Non PO matching invoices, Staff claim review.
• Send emails to sites or Country Finance for queries and ensure replies within 3 days.
• Perform Daily Collection Posting.
• End Posting Journal Checking using Crystal/I-Scala daily checks.
• Peer review on posting reports for data accuracy.
• Update logs and unresolved queries in Log Master.
• Monthly reconciliation and monthly exception reporting.
• Maintain e-filing system for correspondence and documents.
