Job summary

CBRE in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Financial Analyst – Accounts Receivable (Korean speaker) to join a regional finance team, handling AR operations and cross-border processes.

You will support end-to-end AR tasks, process payments, reconcile accounts, and contribute to month-end closes, while ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls. Fresh graduates are welcome; TOPIK 4 Korean and good English are required. Excel skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Korean reading/writing ability at TOPIK 4 or higher.
• Good spoken English.
• Finance-related training or degree welcome.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations.
• Process customer payments accurately and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform daily cashbook updates and reconciliations.
• Prepare AR aging reports and support month-end closing.
• Process Travel & Expense claims and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage remittance advice and ServiceNow tickets with SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with countries per SLA.
• Timely responses with solutions to internal customer queries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.
