CBRE in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Financial Analyst – Accounts Receivable (Korean speaker) to join a regional finance team, handling AR operations and cross-border processes.

You will support end-to-end AR tasks, process payments, reconcile accounts, and contribute to month-end closes, while ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls. Fresh graduates are welcome; TOPIK 4 Korean and good English are required. Excel skills are advantageous.

About The Role

As the CBRE Financial Analyst – Account Receivables (Koreanspeaker), you will join a team responsible for a broad range of financeactivities and enjoy regional exposure with career enhancing opportunitiessupporting the Korean market.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, including cash application, customer account management, and reconciliation activities.
• Processing and allocating customer payments accurately while ensuring timely resolution of unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
• Performing daily cashbook updates, weekly bank reconciliations, and monthly cash reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Preparing AR aging reports, supporting bad debt allowance reviews, and contributing to month-end closing activities.
• Processing Travel & Expense (T&E) claims, reviewing rejected submissions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing remittance advice, stakeholder enquiries, and ServiceNow tickets while delivering quality service in accordance with agreed SLAs.
• Process all requests received from Countries in accordance to Service Level Agreement.
• Timely response by providing solutions to internal customer queries.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, drive continuous process improvements, and maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, SSC processes and procedures.
• Any other scopes/tasks which may assign by the Manager.

What You’ll Need

• LCCI/Diploma/Degree in any field as long as youare interested in joining Finance team (training/knowledge transfer will beprovided).
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Must be able to read and write in Korean (minTOPIK 4) and good spoken English.
