Job summary

You will manage vendor invoices, monthly close, PO/non-PO matching, and daily posting while ensuring policy compliance and timely responses to site queries. Fluency in Korean is a must; other responsibilities include maintaining e-filing and monthly reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency (TOPIK 4+) required.
• Degree or diploma in accounting/finance.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and credit notes.
• Complete monthly close in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance of SSC processes and procedures.
• Enter supplier invoices, credit notes and staff claims from sites.
• Match PO/invoice and handle non-PO invoices and staff claims.
• Respond to site queries within 3 working days.
