Job summary

Accenture PLC in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Procure to Pay analyst with 2–3 years' experience to handle supplier invoices, perform three-way matches, and ensure timely payments. You will receive invoices, index, and park them in the SAP-based workflow, resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

As part of a dynamic AP team, you will train new joiners, review process documents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• 2-3 years of Procure to Pay experience with SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Korean
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirement and suggest appropriate way of handling supplier invoices
• Act as one stop shop for various invoice processing related queries
• Pre-qualify request by determining quality and completeness of request based on defined set of guidelines
• Track and report team performance
• Identify & deliver continuous improvement
• Experience in managing within Agile methodologies is an advantage
• Training new joiners
• Reviewing and updating process documents
• Knowledge in operational excellence
