Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking Korean-speaking content moderators to review and moderate user-generated content for an international platform. You will ensure compliance with platform policies, guidelines, and safety standards while working on-site in Malaysia.

The role requires native-level Korean, strong reading skills, and good English for internal comms. You will handle sensitive content professionally and meet quality targets in a multicultural, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Korean language proficiency.
• Strong Korean reading and comprehension skills.
• Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making ability.
• Comfortable working with online platforms and digital content.
• Fresh graduates with strong Korean language skills are welcome.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
• Willing to work on-site in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate Korean-language content, including text, images, videos, advertisements, and user profiles.
• Identify content that violates platform policies and take appropriate action.
• Apply content moderation guidelines accurately and consistently.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases when required.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Stay updated on changes to content policies and procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content professionally.
• Meet assigned quality and productivity targets.
