Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a KOL Business Development Specialist to grow our network of influencers, agencies, and strategic partners. You will identify opportunities, develop relationships, negotiate terms, and create campaigns that deliver measurable results.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Content, and Sales teams to plan and execute partner campaigns, monitor performance, and provide regular pipeline reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing, KOL management, affiliate marketing, or related role.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with KOLs, influencers, agencies, and potential partners across key markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and active partners.
• Reach out to potential partners, present collaboration opportunities, and negotiate rates, commissions, deliverables, and terms.
• Develop partnership proposals and collaboration plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Explore partnership opportunities across sponsored content, affiliate marketing, product seeding, events, and other channels.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Content, Sales, and other teams to plan and deliver campaigns.
• Manage partner communications and oversee timelines, content, approvals, and deliverables.
• Monitor partnership performance: engagement, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, ROI.
• Prepare reports on partnership pipeline, campaign results, and opportunities.
• Maintain records of partner contacts, negotiations, agreements, and activities.
• Stay updated on KOL, creator, and social media trends in SEA markets.
