Job summary

Nexpipo in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive with a focus on influencer (KOL) marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record and can position KOL campaigns as a measurable solution for clients.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with brands and agencies, and presenting campaign concepts. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with EPF, SOCSO, and leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with proven closing ability.
• Ability to understand campaign objectives and recommend effective influencer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies.
• Pitch and present KOL marketing strategies and campaign concepts to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the influencer management team to recommend suitable KOLs for client campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and influencer campaign strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients.
