Job summary

Vision Venture Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a KOL & Influencer Marketing Specialist (Beauty) to lead influencer campaigns across TikTok and Instagram. You will collaborate with creators to develop engaging content, brief KOLs, and ensure alignment with brand goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields and 1–2 years in influencer or social media marketing, with a keen eye for beauty trends and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or KOL Management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok content trends.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns from briefing to posting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Familiar with content performance metrics and reporting.
• Experience in beauty/skincare industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop trending content ideation and campaign concepts for influencer collaborations.
• Prepare detailed product campaign and content briefs for KOLs/content creators.
• Coordinate and manage influencer campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Collect and organize content drafts from influencers.
• Review and check drafts to ensure content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with TikTok and Instagram trends to improve campaign performance.
