Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Key Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or digital campaigns.
• Experience managing relationships and campaigns with influencers or content creators.
• Comfortable using data to drive performance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Affiliates - Build and maintain relationships with Shopee’s affiliate partners from onboarding to tracking performance and engagement.
• Campaign Coordination - Plan and run affiliate campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
• Performance Optimization - Use data to evaluate campaigns and improve engagement, conversions, ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with marketing, analytics, operations, and product to align goals.
• Market Research - Stay updated on influencer trends and competitors to keep Shopee's affiliate program innovative.
