U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the dealer management team across prepaid and postpaid channels in the assigned regions, driving performance and value through strategic oversight and system enablement.

The role focuses on managing distributors, supporting their systems, planning indirect channel strategies, and expanding UM touchpoints to boost channel profitability. Travel to Central and Perak is required, with collaboration across functions to optimize resources.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• 8 years’ telecom experience with at least 5 years in sales team management.
• Open to extensive travel and outstation to Central and Perak.

Aufgaben

• Manage distributor performance by closely working with dealers in assigned regions.
• Provide system support to distributors (network, creation, modification, termination).
• Plan, lead and monitor indirect channel sales strategies and expand touchpoints.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensure accurate activation through control systems and knowledge of products.
• Lead, coach and manage team productivity and cross‑functional projects.
