Job summary

Swisse Wellness, part of H&H Group, is seeking a KL-based contractor to own end-to-end TikTok Shop affiliate growth in Malaysia. You will recruit, onboard and activate a high-performing creator roster while driving NMV and ROI across programs.

You will serve as the primary relationship owner for local affiliates, building long-term partnerships, growth plans and incentives. A strong handle on English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, or related commercial role.
• Existing relationships with local affiliates or creator networks preferred.
• Analytical and commercially minded with ability to turn data into growth plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; organized with multiple creator relationships.
• Self-starter, proactive, adaptable, curious and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Junior consideration for less experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Recruit — Build the Affiliate Roster: Scout, evaluate and onboard high-potential TikTok affiliates; build a strong pipeline.
• Retain — Build Long-Term Affiliate Partnerships: Manage key affiliates, develop growth plans, monitor performance, re-engage inactive creators.
• Program & Performance Management: Plan livestream calendars, coordinate with media, analyze data to improve NMV, ROI and creator productivity.
