Job summary

Vogue Profile Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Admin Sales professional to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time role supports sales operations, coordinates between clients, sales reps and internal departments, and acts as the backbone of the sales function.

You will manage sales orders, quotations and invoices, keep customer data up to date in our CRM, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and provide prompt administrative support to maintain smooth customer service and timely sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational qualifications advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales support, admin, or coordinator role within a sales environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure complete and filed documentation.
