Job summary

FRISEE EATS SDN BHD. is seeking a Kitchen & Sandwich Hands to join our hospitality team. This role focuses on dishwashing, sanitation, and supporting chefs during busy service hours, ensuring a clean, compliant back-of-house operation.

We value reliability, strong teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and long shifts may be required, with training provided for food handling and typhoid certificate if needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and general food safety.
• Strong teamwork and communication with chefs and staff.
• Experience in a restaurant server or service role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and sanitization of dishes and cookware.
• Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Waste management and proper disposal.
• Receive deliveries, store goods, and organize pantry.
• Assist chefs with basic prep during service.
