Aufgaben

• Food Preparation (Mise en Place): Wash, peel, chop, slice, and measure fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish.
• Station Support: Assist station chefs during service, plate dishes, and prepare basic recipes or sauces.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Receive food deliveries, restock refrigerators and freezers, label and date items, and practice the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work surfaces, handle food safely, and dispose of expired or spoiled items in line with HACCP guidelines.
• Skill Development: Learn knife skills, basic cooking techniques (sauteing, grilling, boiling), and standard operating procedures
