Job summary

DULIMA AUTOMOTIVE SDN BHD is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support daily food preparation and plating, working closely with the Chef and kitchen team. The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, and ensuring food safety and FIFO practices are followed.

You will assist with receiving and organizing supplies, and help ensure quality checks on freshness and expiry dates are performed as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation.
• Assist with cooking and plating according to the outlet's requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Store food items properly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Check food quality, freshness, and expiry dates.
• Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
