Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items with attention to quality and quantity.
• Arrange plates and platters neatly for service.
• Prepare and assemble portions according to the menu.
• Store food properly and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Dispose of expired products and record as required.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness per sanitation guidelines.
• Handle transportation of food and supplies and monitor temperatures.
• Wash dishes and operate dishwashers; report malfunctions.
• Assist with catering meals and project-based food prep.
