Job summary

GLAMPING PARK TRAVEL AND TOUR SDN BHD' is seeking a full-time Kitchen Helper in Gopeng, Perak to support daily kitchen operations and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality meals for guests.

You will assist the Head Chef with prep, cleaning, and safety, while upholding cleanliness and food safety standards in a busy kitchen. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, with training provided.

• Experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and food safety.
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and kitchen staff with food preparation, washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.

We are seeking a full-time Kitchen Helper to join our team at the GLAMPING PARK TRAVEL AND TOUR SDN BHD' in Gopeng Perak. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality meals to our guests.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Head Chef and other kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, including cleaning work surfaces, utensils, and equipment

Ensuring all food handling and storage procedures are followed in accordance with health and safety regulations

Providing support during peak service times to help meet customer demand

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment in the kitchen

What we’re looking for

Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen or catering environment, preferably in a similar role

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach

A willingness to learn and develop your skills within the kitchen
