Responsibilities

Develop channel strategies and goals in accordance to the key customers.
Conduct regular review on business performance, promotion planning and execution.
To control and manage funds allocated for respective channel.
To develop and coach team member to achieve sales target.
Monitor the market and trade return and act accordingly.
Provide analysed reports to management on timely manner.
Supports Finance in reconciliation of all outstanding payments and disputed invoices with the designated key customers.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
