Key Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in contributing to CUSTA’s business expansion through revenue growth. We provide an environment that rewards high performance, where you will commit to acquiring and retaining Enterprise clients for mid-to-long-term engagement. Your mission is to build lasting partnerships that drive the CUSTA's continuous scale-up.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and penetrate high-potential Enterprise prospects. Move beyond simple inquiry handling to aggressively hunt for new opportunities, conduct deep-dive needs analyses, and close large-scale deals to expand market share.
  • Account Expansion & Retention: Act as a strategic partner to existing key accounts. Drive revenue growth by identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring high retention rates, and preventing churn through proactive relationship management with C-level stakeholdersli>
  • Result-Oriented Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous and healthy sales pipeline. Accurately forecast revenue, manage deal velocity, and ensure the consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets and stretch goals.
  • Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Independently formulate and execute strategic sales plans. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize your approach, aiming not just to meet, but to exceed revenue KPIs.
  • End-to-End Deal Ownership: Oversee the entire sales cycle from negotiation to delivery coordination. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction leads to repeat business.
  • Market Presence: actively represent CUSTA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a robust network and generate high-quality leads.
Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably targeting Enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth (experience with commission-based models is a plus).
  • Hunter Mindset: Strong ability to open doors, negotiate effectively, and close deals with resilience and tenacity.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to map out complex organizations and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Google Workspace to manage pipelines efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to pivot strategies based on results.
Basic Information
  • Employment Type: Full-time (Probation: max 6 months)
  • Work Arrangement: On-site, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Leave: Weekends, public holidays, annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave
