Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive GMV revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketplace platforms' key personnel.
• Negotiate exclusive partnerships for campaigns and activities.
• Work with clients to ensure activities run according to plan.
• Manage A&P funds with budget planning and ROI focus.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service and Design teams.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide insights.
• Provide forecasting of stock to achieve sales targets.

Company Background

We are representing our client who handles e-commerce operations through their full-fledged management system and fulfilment solutions. As they are expanding their business, they are looking for Key Account Manager - E-Commerceto join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive GMV revenue
• Build and maintain win-win relationships with all marketplace platforms' keypersonnel
• Negotiate and secure exclusive partnerships for monthly activities and keyand mega campaigns
• Work closely with clients to ensure all activities are executed according to plan
• Manage A&P funds with proper budget planning and ensure the best returnon investment
• Work closely within the E-commerce team (Marketing, Commercial, CustomerService, and Graphic Designers) and also other departments
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide analysis and
  insights data to identify key issues and opportunities
• Provide regular and accurate forecasting of stocks required to achieve thedesired sales results

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
• Min 2 years in key account management in the E-Commerce space preferably in FMCG (Food & Beverages)
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Outstation applicants who are willing to relocate are encouraged to apply
• Working hours : Mon - Fri (9am 6pm) *Saturday half day only when required by Management during certain peak events (very occasionally)
