Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a motivated Junior Team Member, Will/Wasiat/Estate, to join our Trustee Operations team in Malaysia. You will support the administration and operational management of Will, Wasiat and Estate services, collaborating with clients, agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

This role involves drafting documents, reviewing and finalising Will and Wasiat, maintaining safekeeping records, and supporting audits and process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of Wills, Wasiat, estate administration, or succession planning, or a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Support the Wills Operations team in delivering prudent, efficient, and customer-focused business support services.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational activities and client deliverables.
Draft Wills and Wasiat documents in accordance with approved templates and procedures.
Assist in amendment, review, and finalisation of Will and Wasiat documents.
Manage safekeeping, maintenance, and retrieval of executed Will documents.
Attend to enquiries from agents, testators, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
Participate in internal and external meetings and client engagements.
Assist in coaching new team members and supporting resource planning.
