Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection of facilities across office, warehouse, toilets, pantry and common areas.
• Carry out basic repair and maintenance works for building facilities.
• Attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns promptly.
• Identify and report facility defects, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance such as replacing lamps and switches.
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and equipment issues.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment such as pumps and air-conditioning systems.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain records of inspections and repairs.
• Maintain proper storage of tools and equipment.
