Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technician to support our facility management operations. Fresh graduates and junior candidates are encouraged to apply, with training and guidance provided to help you grow in the role.

You will carry out daily inspections, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and assist with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks. Safety and teamwork are emphasized throughout your duties.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and technical works is an advantage.
• Minimum SPM/SKM/Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, M&E, HVAC, Building Maintenance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspection, maintenance and repair works at the assigned facility.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and equipment.
• Attend to breakdowns, complaints and technical issues promptly.
• Assist with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general building maintenance works.
• Conduct routine checks and ensure equipment is operating safely and properly.
• Record maintenance activities, readings and completed work.
• Assist senior technicians and supervisors with technical tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies and site requirements.
• Perform other technical duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Facility Manager.
