Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing production machinery and factory facilities to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on factory machinery and equipment.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.

Assist supervisors in project enhancement and improvement initiatives for production processes.

Ensure accurate reporting and data collection for breakdowns and maintenance records.

Repair or replace faulty components and equipment when necessary.

Carry out facility maintenance and ensure a safe, well-maintained working environment.

Support ad hoc technical or handy work tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Requirements

Must be willing to work on-site in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with technical background are encouraged to apply).

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
