Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Technician to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and servicing production machinery and factory facilities to ensure smooth, safe daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team on-site in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on factory machinery and equipment.
• Regular inspections and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Assist supervisors in project enhancement and improvement initiatives for production processes.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data collection for breakdowns and maintenance records.
• Repair or replace faulty components and equipment when necessary.
• Carry out facility maintenance and ensure a safe, well-maintained working environment.

Requirements

Must be willing to work on-site in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
