MetaQuotes in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries across tickets, chats, and phone. You will ensure timely responses and accurate information.

Training will be provided and knowledge updates ongoing to support clients using trading platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• High level of computer literacy with excellent knowledge of software for working on the Internet
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Additional Asian language (Japanese, Korean, Thai , etc) is a big plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Availability to work in shifts
• Strong moral and ethical character
• Ability to provide clear explanations with sound reasoning
• Ability to learn fast - the chosen candidate will participate inintensive training and will have to support continuous knowledge updates
• Great attention to detail

Additional requirements (considered as an advantage)

• Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in financial markets
• Prior experience in technical customer support
• Preference for candidates with a Computer Science degree
