Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or large restaurant of good standards.
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate junior staff while maintaining teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Culinary in the running of the kitchen and outlets.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate assignments to ensure economical and timely food production.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt Hotels Corporation standards and FSMS hygiene policies.
