RP International Resources Pte Ltd. is seeking a Junior Site Supervisor (Civil & Structural) to support our fiber infrastructure project in Kuala Lumpur.

The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating site workers and subcontractors, and ensuring work adheres to project requirements, quality standards and safety procedures. Qualifications include a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering (preferred) and site experience in Civil & Structural works.

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor (Civil & Structural) to support the delivery of our fiber infrastructure project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating site workers and subcontractors, and ensuring works are carried out according to project requirements, quality standards and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project plans, specifications and schedules.

Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and other project team members to ensure smooth site operations.

Monitor work progress, workmanship and quality of C&S-related works.

Ensure construction activities are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements and project requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify any site issues or work deficiencies.

Assist in coordinating site materials, manpower and equipment requirements.

Maintain proper site records, progress updates and relevant documentation.

Liaise with the project team to resolve site-related issues and ensure timely completion of works.

Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.

Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Site Manager.

About you

Diploma in Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Candidates with site experience in Civil & Structural works are preferred.

Good understanding of construction site activities, practices and safety requirements.

Able to read and understand construction drawings and basic technical documents.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsible, proactive and willing to work in a site-based environment.

Willing to travel to different project sites when required.

Experience in fiber infrastructure, telecommunications, utilities or other infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

Able to work effectively with contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
