Job summary

Tessolve is seeking a Trainee in Test Engineering to contribute to diverse project phases, including test program creation, board bring-up, and debugging. You will collaborate with HW ops, logistics, SCM, and project teams in Bayan Lepas and Batu Kawan, Penang.

Fresh graduates with a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering may apply. Training lasts 3–6 months with stipend and potential placement at a leading semiconductor MNC.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
• Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in various phases of test engineering projects per customer requirements.
• Create/modify test programs or libraries and assist with board bring-up and debugging.
• Coordinate with HW ops, logistics, SCM, and project teams to ensure service quality.
• Analyze data for characterization and yield improvements; support post-production activities.
