Job summary

S.E.H. (Shah Alam) Sdn Bhd is recruiting for a structured trainee/engineer role in Shah Alam. The successful candidate will implement test plans, coordinate with various departments to access facilities or machines, and compare actual performance against objectives and standards.

Training will be provided to candidates with a degree in chemistry or engineering. Benefits include exposure to semiconductor manufacturing environments, strong teamwork, and opportunities for hands-on problem solving

Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical), Mechanical Engineering, Material Science/Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering Analytical, Troubleshooting, Data Analytical Skills or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
No work experience required. Training will be provided
Those with work / training experiences in any industry / manufacturing environment will have an advantage
Good interpersonal skill and team player.
Priority with semiconductor experiences.

Responsibilities

Implement test plan (arrange and coordinate with the relevant departments for the use of necessary facilities or machines).
Compare actual performance with the objectives and standards
Determine the gap.
Take the necessary actions to close the gap and make the necessary improvements.
Adhere to all quality, safety and environmental standards of the Company
