Job summary

Tessolve is seeking a Trainee in Test Engineering to contribute to diverse project phases, including test program creation, board bring-up, and debugging. You will collaborate with HW ops, logistics, SCM, and project teams in Bayan Lepas and Batu Kawan, Penang.

Fresh graduates with a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering may apply. Training lasts 3–6 months with stipend and potential placement at a leading semiconductor MNC.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
• Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in various phases of test engineering projects per customer requirements.
• Create/modify test programs or libraries and assist with board bring-up and debugging.
• Coordinate with HW ops, logistics, SCM, and project teams to ensure service quality.
• Analyze data for characterization and yield improvements; support post-production activities.

Job Description:

• Getinvolved in various phases of Test Engineering projects depending on thecustomer requirements,such as Reverse engineering (If applicable)
• Testprogram/library creation/conversions or modifications
• Boardbring up, debugging the board to resolve the failures.
• Correlation(board to board, site to site, tester to tester, etc)
• Characterizationof the devices across PVT corners
• StatisticalData analysis & validation; fixes on the test program for any deviations.
• Testprogram Optimizations/yield analysis/improvements.
• Postproduction support as and when needed.
• Coordinatewith all internal teams (HW ops, logistics, SCM, Program management, QC,TE and PE) to ensure the quality of services provided.

Job Requirements

• Minimum0-2 year experience
• Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
• Fluentin Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Graduateswith a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering, ComputerScience, Software Engineering, Network/IT Engineering, or a related field.
• Goodwritten and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively incross-functional teams
• Receive3-6 months training with stipend, performance bonus, and placement with top
• Location:Penang Island – Lab infrastructure (with a 100K cleanroom) located inside the NCER/NTICbuilding at Bayan Lepas FIZ Phase 4.
• Customersites are located in Bayan Lepas (Penang Island), Batu Kawan (Mainland), andKulim Hi-Tech Park.
