Job summary

Top Fast Logistics Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily sea export shipments from booking to delivery. Fresh graduates with a diploma/degree in logistics are welcome to apply and will work under supervision in a busy freight environment.

The role requires good English and Bahasa Malaysia, MS Office proficiency, and a willingness to learn sea freight procedures; you will liaise with customers and carriers, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in freight forwarding or shipping is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of sea freight export procedures is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sea export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport providers, and international agents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Resolve shipment issues and support customers with export-related inquiries.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
