Job summary

HH JAYA Auto Supplies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is recruiting a Junior Sales Executive to help drive sales growth, maintain strong customer relationships, and recommend automotive spare parts based on customer needs. You will engage proactively with customers, present parts, and manage quotations and orders to support business objectives.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, a valid driving licence, and strong communication and customer service skills.

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the company's sales growth, maintaining good customer relationships, and recommending suitable automotive spare parts based on customers' needs.

Key responsibilities

Proactively contact existing and potential customers to understand their needs.

Introduce and recommend suitable automotive spare parts and products to customers.

Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and sales progress.

Build and maintain good long‑term relationships with customers.

Assist in developing new customers and expanding the market.

Follow up regularly on customer orders and after‑sales requirements.

Work towards company sales targets and continuously improve individual sales performance.

Learn and understand the company's products while continuously improving sales and communication skills.

Communicate and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are handled effectively.

Perform other sales‑related duties as assigned by the company.

About you

Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

Possess a valid driving licence.
