Job summary

Big Makeover in Johor Bahru is seeking a Sales Designer to engage with walk-in and online clients, understand their needs and provide meaningful consultation, design options, and close sales. The role requires Mandarin proficiency and prior retail sales experience, with weekend work in a showroom setting.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in ID-related sales; knowledge of modular design concepts is a plus. Basic benefits and opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least 1 year work experience as Sales Designer or Sales Admin for ID firm (no formal education in ID can apply)
• Must be able to Speak and Write Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Experience & knowledge in communicating with customer.
• Experience work in retail environment (will be added advantage)
• No formal study in ID subject can apply (if work in ID firm before)
