KCJ Engineering invites a Quantity Surveying professional to assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BQ), quantity take-offs and measurements from project drawings and specifications, as well as cost estimates, cost breakdowns and tender-related documents. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

You will review progress claims, prepare and evaluate Variation Orders (VO) and Final Accounts, conduct site measurements, and maintain records of project

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying encouraged.
• Able to read drawings and perform basic cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BQ, quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specs.
• Prepare cost estimates, cost breakdowns and tender documents.
• Evaluate tender prices from contractors and suppliers.
• Review progress claims and prepare/ evaluate VO and Final Accounts.
• Maintain project cost records and coordinate with project teams.
