Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, banking, or related fields.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project financing and banking-related matters.
• Prepare and coordinate bridging loan drawdown applications.
• Follow up with banks, solicitors, and internal departments.
• Monitor loan facilities, drawdown status, and repayment schedules.
• Coordinate HDA withdrawals and related documentation.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and funding projections.
• Maintain records of banking facilities and financing documents.
• Support senior finance staff in daily finance tasks.
