Job summary

Hong Kong Unison Limited is seeking a Junior L2 Developer / Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Core Banking / Investments & Wealth. The role focuses on application support, release management and QA in SilverLake Investments & Wealth environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on .NET/C# and MS-SQL/SQL Server skills, and will work across development, QA and operations to ensure stable, high-quality production services for Investments & Wealth products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience in Core Banking / Investments & Wealth.
• SilverLake Investments & Wealth – Mandatory.
• .NET / C# experience and MS-SQL / SQL Server.
• L2/L3 application support experience working with Investments & Wealth / Core Banking.
• Knowledge of Release Management and Quality Assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for Investments & Wealth applications.
• Work on applications built around SilverLake Investments & Wealth.
• Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Support release management activities, including deployment coordination and post-release validation.
• Participate in QA activities and ensure application quality.
• Analyse application issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with development, QA and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
• Perform SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting using MS-SQL/SQL Server.
• Support application enhancements, fixes and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical/support documentation as required.
• Follow established production support and change-management processes.
