Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate priorities and material availability.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely raw material delivery.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports on on-time delivery, efficiency, and inventory levels.
• Serve as a liaison between production, procurement, quality, engineering, and logistics.
