Job summary

SQC Management (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developer in Malaysia to customize and extend the system. You will write and optimize X++ code, build extensions, and create forms, tables, and classes following Microsoft best practices.

You will work on reporting (SSRS) and leverage Power BI, Power Apps integrations, and Azure DevOps for ALM. The role requires a degree in CS/SE/IT, strong knowledge of D365 F&O, and at least 3 years of relevant experience;

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / IT related field.
• Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET and SSRS.
• Hands-on with D365 F&O architecture and extensions.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS or Power Platform.
• Familiarity with core ERP processes and 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Customization & Development: Write and optimize clean X++ code, create extensions, and build custom forms, tables, and classes following Microsoft best practices.
• Reporting: Design and modify SSRS reports. Knowledge in Power BI and Power Apps integrations will be added advantage.
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Use Azure DevOps for source control (Git/TFS), build pipelines, and code deployments.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing, debug technical issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Jobs Requirements:

• Candidate must posses with Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology related field.
• Core Languages: Proficient in X++, C#, .NET and SSRS
• Platform Knowledge: Solid hands-on experience with D365 F&O architecture, extensions framework, and Visual Studio development tools.
• Tools & Environment: Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), or Power Platform components.
• Domain Understanding: Basic familiarity with core ERP business processes (Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or Finance).
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
