Job summary

Lexa Computers Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a junior IT professional to develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and support SharePoint Online configurations.

You will work with users to translate business needs into practical IT solutions, assist in AI-powered workflows, provide user support for digitalisation initiatives, and help with ERP and accounting software.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
0–2 years in Power Platform, ERP, or related apps.
Hands-on knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, SharePoint Online.
Understanding of workflow automation and business process improvement.
Strong learning mindset and ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
Design and implement workflow automation with Power Automate.
Support and manage SharePoint Online configurations and permissions.
Assist in creating AI-powered workflows and automation.
Provide technical support for digitalisation initiatives to business units.
Support ERP and accounting software applications, troubleshooting and user support.
Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions; conduct testing and documentation.
