Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd, established since 2012, seeks a Junior .NET Developer to support the Investment & Wealth platform within a Core Banking environment. Location is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the role is onsite under a contract arrangement.

You will develop and maintain .NET applications, perform database work with MS SQL Server, and participate in release planning, testing, and production support, aligning with SDLC and security policies.

Qualifications

3+ years of application development experience in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Understanding of SDLC, release management, and QA processes.
Experience with Core Banking or Investment & Wealth systems.
On-site work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance Investment & Wealth platform applications using .NET.
Perform database development, optimisation, and troubleshooting with MS SQL Server.
Support release management activities, including deployment planning and coordination.
Participate in testing, defect resolution, and validation of enhancements.
Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver system changes.
Troubleshoot application and database issues to maintain availability and performance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system changes and releases.
Adhere to development standards, security policies, and best practices.
