Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior .NET Developer in Kuala Lumpur to support the Investment & Wealth platform within a Core Banking environment. The role emphasizes development, release management, and QA across enterprise-grade applications.

The candidate should have a 3–5 year track record in financial services software and strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience in Silverlake Wealth. This position is onsite with no visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development within a banking or financial services environment.
• Hands-on experience with Silverlake Investments & Wealth.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience working in an Open Systems environment.
• Experience in Core Banking or Investment & Wealth Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications for the Investment & Wealth platform using .NET technologies.
• Perform database development, optimisation, and troubleshooting using MS SQL Server and SQL.
• Support release management activities, including deployment planning, coordination, and implementation.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including testing, defect resolution, and validation of application enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and resolve production issues.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues to ensure system availability and performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system changes, releases, and support activities.
• Adhere to organisational development standards, security policies, and best practices.
