Job summary

Keen Point in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Mold Flow Analysis Engineer for plastic injection moulding. You will complete training and assist senior engineers in mold flow analyses and CAE simulations, helping prepare reports and optimize molding processes.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Basic knowledge of Moldflow or Moldex3D is a plus, and collaboration with internal and overseas teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Complete training per department plan.
• Assist seniors in mold flow analysis and CAE simulations.
• Prepare mold flow analysis reports and results.
• Support analysis of filling, packing, cooling, warpage, weld lines.
• Assist in evaluating new mold designs and optimization.
• Prepare DFM and mold flow technical documents.
• Support review of mold flow results with design engineers.
• Collect mold trial data and compare with simulations.
• Coordinate with internal and overseas teams.
• Perform other engineering tasks as assigned.

• Assist in preparing mold flow analysis reports and simulation results.
• Support analysis of filling, packing, cooling, warpage, weld lines and other molding characteristics.
• Assist in evaluating new mold designs and providing optimization recommendations.
• Assist in preparing DFM and mold flow related technical documents.
• Support mold design engineers in reviewing mold flow analysis results.
• Assist with mold trial data collection and comparison between simulation and actual molding results.
• Coordinate with internal project teams and overseas design teams.
