Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Merchandiser who will support the end-to-end fashion merchandising process, from samples and production timelines to supplier coordination and store-ready products.

You will work closely with designers, merchandisers and local and overseas suppliers, manage design sheets and product documentation, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative fashion environment with growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Merchandiser, you will support the team throughout the product development and merchandising process.

Your responsibilities include:

Supporting the end‑to‑end fashion merchandising process

Working closely with designers, merchandisers, and suppliers (local & overseas)

Following up on samples, measurements, and production timelines

Preparing design sheets, order confirmations, and product documentation

Coordinating logos, prints, and embroidery for seasonal collections

Ensuring samples and deliveries meet quality and timeline requirements

Assisting in photoshoots and brand‑related activities

Supporting merchandising analysis and benchmarking product performance against competitors

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Textile, Fashion Design, or related fields
