Job summary

Mandarin Opto-Medic Sdn Bhd is seeking engineers to handle delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of optical and medical devices. Training will be provided and travel within Malaysia is required. A proactive, independent attitude and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Fresh graduates are welcome; own transport and a valid driving license are required. The role supports private medical centres and hospitals with the healthcare equipment portfolio.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering of Biomedical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Training will be provided.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and capable to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license, willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery, installation, and testing & commissioning of optical/medical device.
• Perform preventive maintenance service according to the schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine at customers’ site.
• To assist the customer in all technical issues and manage the complaints.
• Perform demo and on-site training to the users.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
• Do you possess or have access to your own transportation?
