Job summary

Microlambda Sdn Bhd is a specialist scientific equipment trading company established since 2001, providing total solution packages for bioscience imaging and related technologies. We require a Service Engineer to support after-sales service, installations, and user training at customer sites.

The role offers hands-on learning, opportunities for senior roles, and travel to local and outstation sites. Valid Class D license with own car is required, as is fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Science, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experienced candidates may be considered for Senior or Supervisory positions, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Good problem solving and diagnostic skills.
• Experience in field service is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Should possess a valid Class D Licence with own car.
• Training will be provided (hands-on and theoretical).
• Must be able to travel local & outstation. Able to work independently and at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• To provide after sales service and applications support.
• To assist in product demonstrations , workshops and seminars .
• To carry out installation ,commissioning and user training for equipment sold.
