Job summary

Perfect Pentagon Sdn Bhd, based in Malaysia, seeks a nutrition-focused professional to educate customers, conduct product trainings, and deliver health talks and seminars for internal teams and distributors.

You will support the Sales & Marketing teams with nutrition knowledge, develop marketing campaigns, and create educational materials for product launches. Travel for events may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Health Science or related fields.
• Knowledge in nutrition, health, wellness, FMCG, supplements or consumer products.
• Experience in conducting product training, health talks, nutrition education or presentations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence in training audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition education, product training activities, health talks, seminars and presentations for customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Provide professional nutrition and product knowledge support to Sales & Marketing teams and partners.
• Assist in developing, implementing and executing nutrition-related marketing initiatives, campaigns, events and training activities.
• Develop and prepare nutrition-related presentation materials, training decks and educational content.
• Explain nutritional benefits, ingredients, usage and key product features to customers and partners.
• Assist in company events, exhibitions, roadshows, seminars and training activities.
• Support product launches, promotional activities and customer engagement with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Review nutrition and product information in marketing/training materials for accuracy.
• Create nutrition-related content for social media, digital platforms and other channels.
• Stay updated on nutrition, health, wellness and consumer trends to support development and marketing.

This role involves conducting nutrition education, product training activities, health talks, seminars and presentations for customers, distributors and internal teams. You will provide professional nutrition and product knowledge support to the Sales & Marketing team, distributors and customers, and assist in developing, implementing and executing nutrition-related marketing initiatives, campaigns, events and training activities.

Key responsibilities

Conduct nutrition education, product training activities, health talks, seminars and presentations for customers, distributors and internal teams

Provide professional nutrition and product knowledge support to the Sales & Marketing team, distributors and customers

Assist in developing, implementing and executing nutrition-related marketing initiatives, campaigns, events and training activities

Develop and prepare nutrition-related presentation materials, training decks, educational materials and product information

Provide product knowledge and explain nutritional benefits, ingredients, usage and key product features to customers and business partners

Assist in the company's events, exhibitions, roadshows, seminars and training activities

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support product launches, promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives

Review and ensure nutrition and product-related information used in marketing and training materials is accurate and properly communicated

Assist in creating nutrition-related content for social media, digital platforms and other communication channels

Keep updated on the latest nutrition, health, wellness and consumer trends to support product development and marketing activities

About you

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Health Science or related fields

Knowledge and experience in nutrition, health, wellness, FMCG, supplements or consumer products

Experience in conducting product training, health talks, nutrition education or presentations

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence in conducting training and speaking in front of an audience

Good interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude when dealing with customers, distributors and business partners

Fluent in Mandarin and English, with good written and verbal communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Ability to work independently, conduct events/training and travel on weekends/public holidays when required

Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
